Reviews and Ratings
The resort offers a good amount of comfort with spacious rooms and a vibrant swimming pool area. While the swimming experience was great, especially with the attentive staff, some plumbing issues and Wi-Fi connectivity could use improvement. It's a suitable place for friends and families, but couples might find it a bit crowded for intimacy.
The resort is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the Lake Nakuru National Park main gate, making it a practical choice for a budget-friendly overnight stay before a game drive. While the rooms are clean and decent, they lack the comfort and luxury some might expect. The pool and kids’ entertainment area are nice touches, especially on weekends, but the service leaves much to be desired, and the dining experience is rather average. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, great for budget travelers but not ideal for those seeking a luxurious escape.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the location is fantastic for accessing the national park and the gardens are lovely, the room facilities left much to be desired. The gym and pool were highlights, but there were several shortcomings in the room maintenance and staff attentiveness. Overall, it's decent value for the price, but improvements are needed in service and amenities.
The room was a decent size and comfortable, but I had issues with the shower and the overall maintenance. The location is good, especially if you're headed to Nakuru National Park, but don't expect much from the Wi-Fi. On the upside, the pool and gym are great additions, making it somewhat worth the price point, although I expected more for $40 a night.
